Elk Island wildlife, Fall colours landscape and night skies workshop
According to Travel Alberta, Elk Island is basically Jurassic Park, except the creatures outside your vehicle are slightly more cuddly: bison, elk, moose, white-tailed deer and mule deer. If you’re lucky, you might even spot an elusive Alberta lynx. Elk Island is a one of a kind. Only 45 minutes from Edmonton it is an oasis of wildlife, lakes, meadows gorgeous sunsets and dark dark skies with no light pollution!
This workshop is all about creating great photos of wildlife and the Fall colours and landscapes exploring this amazing place. After we shoot the incredible sunset we'll have a BBQ before we photograph the stars and planets and the Milky Way.
